Our client, a technology-enabled provider of outsourcing solutions, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join their team. Remote opportunity. Experience in strategic large account management preferred and expected, as well as history of managing accounts in the BPO/CRM space.

Job Description:

The Strategic Account Manager will report directly to the VP of Strategic Accounts. This is a domestic US-based position that will include 10-20% travel time in the post-pandemic work environment based upon client expectation and demand.  

  • A firm understanding of Work Force Management practices and procedures
  • Experience and/or a working knowledge of the Accounts receivable industry
  • Knowledge of call center metrics and KPIs
  • Familiar with BPO outsourcing
  • Customer oriented mind set
  • Interpersonal skills due to high-frequency of phone calls and emails, high level of communication skills (writing & speaking), and the ability to build rapport
  • Process improvement experience
  • Experience with customer service, sales, and tech support
  • "Out of the Box" thinking skills to find creative solutions that benefit the company and their customers, Flexibility in the acceptance of varied customer work hours and off-hour availability, Ability to conduct periodic overseas travel

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 10 years of related management experience preferred
  • Ability to lead, direct and motivate others
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
