Vice President of Sales

Our client, a leader in debt collections is seeking a driven dynamic senior level sales executive with expertise in building relationships and closing deals.

Job Description:

• Must have experience in 1st & 3rd party collections, and BPO would be a plus.
• The ability to manage a small team as well as being an individual contributor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, would consider years of industry experience
• Strong financial and analytical background
• 10+ years of collection sales experience, preferably 1st & 3rd party, BPO a plus
• Strong management/leadership skills
• Excel in building and retaining relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
