Allied Dynamic Search has been engaged to assist in identifying a Regional Sales Manager for their south/southeastern region.

This position is remote, so you can work from home.

The Regional Sales Manager of Revenue Cycle Management is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced RCM sales professional with an established client base within the south/Southeastern US to join a RCM firm that offers multiple services, has a solid reputation and is a great company to work for.

Essential Job Responsibilities/Functions:

  • Independently presents and sells our clients services to potential new clients in assigned territories, including but not limited from TX to NC to FL.
  • Prospect via phone, email, social media, web meetings, in-person meetings, seminars, tradeshows, etc.
  • Works with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive our clients brand awareness across multiple platforms.
  • Achieve sales goals.
  • Participates in sales presentations.
  • Completion of sales proposals and service agreements.
  • Reports monthly sales pipeline status to senior leadership.
  • Represent our client in local and regional healthcare revenue cycle organizations including HFMA, AAHAM, etc .
  • Extensive travel required.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience
  • Multiple years’ experience selling RCM solutions to healthcare providers
  • Understands revenue cycle services including Medical Billing/Pre-Access and Self-Pay Collections.
  • Have established relationships with revenue cycle hospital executives.
  • Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and writing.
  • Proactively stay on top of industry info including trends and news.

This position offers a base compensation in the 6 figures + an aggressive commission structure.
