John began his career in recruiting in the early 1990’s. Starting out as an account executive for one of the oldest executive search firms in the country and having come from a family of well-respected credit and collections executives, John was instrumental in developing the consumer credit and collections division within this firm. Within 4 years, John’s area became the fastest growing vertical within the firm and John was promoted to National Director of Recruitment. His recruitment technique was implemented company wide.
In 2000, John assumed majority ownership of Executive Alliance, a generalized staffing firm owned by his brother. Executive Alliance began its ascent to being one of the premier executive search firms in the country focused on the financial services, credit, and collections industries.
Over his career, John has conducted searches and placed exceptional talent at the mid-management through C-level. He has worked with major creditors, accounts receivable management firms, telecommunications companies, utilities and BPO’s. Within these companies, he has filled a broad array of positions including sales and marketing, operations, analytics, technology, and policy. John has lectured, authored numerous industry articles, and is often quoted in industry publications.

John graduated from Manhattan College and lives and works in Tampa, Florida.
