As a Senior Executive Recruiter with Allied Dynamic Search, Stephanie is focused on recruitment services to the following industries: Telecommunications, Low Voltage, Construction, Collections, Medical Device, and IT. She manages nationwide client accounts and all aspects of the talent acquisition process.

She’s dedicated to consistently developing and implementing new business development strategies, building lasting client relationships, partnering with decision makers, and advising on staffing needs.

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in marketing from the University of South Florida. Upon graduation, she desired a profession that involved being on ‘the people’s side of business’ and kick started her career in the staffing industry as a Lead Technical Recruiter. She conducted national recruiting for the Telecom, Low Voltage, Department of Defense and Government industries.

After years of experience utilizing the full lifecycle recruitment process, she took a career leap into the Information Technology field as a Full Desk IT Recruiter. Supporting her clients and candidates allowed her to build and sustain relationships to benefit herself as an IT expert.

When Stephanie is not in the office, she enjoys practicing and playing in tennis tournaments, but is happiest when she is spending time her daughter, who is her constant motivation and daily reminder that by doing better you will be better.
